Is Kneease proven to cure knee pain?

Knee pain is a symptom of an underlying medical condition, such as osteoarthritis or some other abnormality which causes pain. Kneease has been shown to help manage the pain of the condition but it does not treat its underlying cause.

Is Kneease guaranteed to remove all knee pain?

The level of relief varies between patients and can range from complete removal of all pain for some to a reduction in others. As with all healthcare devices its effectiveness is dependent on the patient and can vary.

Will Kneease help me if my Knee pain is serious?

Can I use Kneease anywhere?

Kneease is light, portable and safe to use at any time it is convenient. Many users use the device under clothes or at home. Doctors usually recommend three treatments of 10 minutes a day but it can be used more often if required.

Can I use the device if I have a pacemaker/am diabetic/on medication

Kneease has no 'contra-indications' so is safe to use when pregnant, for pacemaker wearers and when on other medication. It should not be used if you have an open wound or you are under 16 years of age without supervision of an adult.

Can I use Kneease with other treatments?

Yes. You can safely combine Kneease with any other treatment. Kneease is safe and side effect free and does not inhibit the effectiveness of any other treatment. A 1984 study in the Journal of Pain showed that combining other modalities (methods of therapy) with vibration therapy meant greater overall pain relief.

Is Kneease usable for other areas of the body?

How long do the batteries last?

On a single charge the integrated battery is suitable for 3 to 4 treatments. Charging takes 6 to 8 hours.

How do you charge the device?

Push the charger plug fully into the green pad where it says 'DC' and plug in the other end of the cable into a USB socket. There is a faint red glow when charging and a bright green light when charged. Remove the charger cable before activating the device.

How do you use the pulse settings on the device?

Press and hold the on/off button to turn the device on. Repeated pressing of the button cycles through the pulse modes. Press and hold the button to turn off. When starting, the device will always start at setting one. When cycling through the modes after mode 10, the device returns to mode 1.
